Yu Lam is a sophiscated realtor. Before Yu became a realtor, he completed more than a dozen real estate transactions (both buy and sell) including out of state rental and his personal residence. With all these experience under his belt, he fully understand what is required to become a good realtor. Yu was born in Hong Kong, he speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English. He earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at University of Wisconsin, Madison and further his education at Cornell University and got his Masters of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering. Before he became a full time real estate professional, he was a software engineer, previous companies he worked for included Cognex, Sapient and Oracle. |
